This policy explains our refund and cancellation terms. By purchasing our services, you agree to this policy.
Because our work involves significant time and customization, refunds are handled as follows.
Before work begins: If you cancel before we start, you receive a full refund of any deposit, minus any payment processing fees.
After work begins: Deposits and payments for work already completed are non-refundable; you will receive all work product completed up to the cancellation date.
Milestone projects: Payments tied to completed milestones are non-refundable once that milestone is delivered.
Due to the nature of digital products, template purchases are final and non-refundable once the download link or files have been delivered. If you experience a technical issue with a template, contact us and we will work to resolve it.
If you are on a monthly retainer or subscription:
To request a refund or cancellation, email contact@404labz.dev with your name and order details and the reason for your request. We review all requests within 5 business days.
If you have a concern about our work, please contact us first. We are committed to resolving issues fairly before any dispute escalates. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in suspension of services.
Refunds outside this policy may be granted at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.
